We cannot refund the money you spent to register domain name(s) at Lean Web Solutions.

Note that you may register domain name elsewhere, for example,
using GoDaddy's domain registration service,
and update the DNS records on your own.

* Hosting service
Our hosting service has 30 days *free trial* period.

If you decide to use the service for longer time, your credit card will be charged.

Customers can stop using the service any time by either
- interrupting it on their profile page, or
- sending an email to [[mailto:help@leanws.com]] (please allow 2 business days to process it)

After cancellation, we stop charging customer's credit card,
and the service will be interrupted.

* Creating websites

We do our best to satisfy every customer's needs:
- We charge 50% of the total amount before we start working on the project.
  This amount might be *partially of fully refunded* in a situation when
  a customer changes his/her mind and we have not yet started working on the project or
  have done less than 50% of the job.
- Once the customer paid the remaining 50% of the total price, the job is finalized and the website is published; *no more refunds* after that.
- For the next *30 days* we update the website *for free*; but we do charge extra for adding new web pages as well as for extension of existing web pages by more than~10%.
